We have a true passion for wellness, and know firsthand what it's like to feel stressed in the workplace and unbalanced across the board. LCW was born out of our desire to help people live happier, healthier lives.

Ginger Boermeester, Co-Founder

Ginger is a former sales and marketing executive in the high-tech, communications, and publishing industry. Currently the owner of Roots Yoga in Burlington, she parlayed her passion for yoga into a thriving studio built on the principles of physical, spiritual, and emotional wellness. Ginger has provided students with the opportunity to branch out beyond a traditional yoga practice by offering an array of classes, speciality workshops, and nonprofit initiatives. In the process, she has created a flourishing community rooted in kindness, acceptance, and connectedness through the mind, body, and spirit.

Ginger has been creating wellness offerings for corporations, schools and communities, and Life-Cycle Wellness grew out of the increasing demand for these programs.
